The affiliate also heard from DTN meteorologist John Baranick about weather patterns. Washington County Cattlemen honored local affiliates by donating funds to attend the State FFA Convention. YOUNG NEBRASKA CATTLEMEN-LINCOLN meets to hear about legislative issues with NC Executive Vice President Laura Field on Feb. 28. The students had the opportunity to ask questions about bills in the state legislature and NC policy stances. The affiliate voted to approve new bylaws and announced they will hold a board of directors election soon. NC Vice Chair of Member Services-Region 8 Allen Bruntz speaks about NC happenings at the THAYER COUNTY LIVESTOCK FEEDERS BANQUET on Feb. 10. The affiliate gave out scholarships and special awards.
