There is a certain level of grit one must possess to withstand the constant pressures of this lifestyle. It is a 24/7 job that is endured now by fewer and fewer people. Cattle ranching is a heritage that has been passed down for generations just like firearms. That is why we are excited to offer the Cattle Rancher Henry Goldenboy Rifle. Law Firm where he focuses on farm and ranch succession planning. He says the combination of practical ranch experience and legal training allows him to serve agricultural families across rural communities. Svoboda credits much of his passion for the industry to mentors within his family. His grandfather, Dick Bossen, and great-grandfather, Frank Beran, played important roles in shaping his interest in cattle and agriculture. Like many ranchers, Svoboda says his connection to the beef industry began with family. Today, he most enjoys the people involved in the industry and the shared commitment to feeding the world and caring for the land. He is optimistic about the future of the beef industry and believes the next generation will continue building on the work of those who came before them. Svoboda is particularly passionate about farm and ranch succession planning. Through his legal practice and his work on the ranch, he helps agricultural families prepare for generational transitions and develop plans that support their long-term success. Svoboda’s involvement with Nebraska Cattlemen began when he received a scholarship from his local affiliate. He later helped establish the UNL college affiliate and served on its first board. He also received the Beef State Scholarship while attending law school. At 25 years old, Svoboda looks forward to bringing the perspective of younger producers to the NC Board while learning from other leaders across the state. ~NC~
