Ryan Wagnon, general manager of Sustainable Beef LLC, gives a tour of the new plant at North Platte to members of the DAWSON COUNTY CATTLEMEN on Dec. 5. After the tour, the group gathered at the Wild Horse Golf Club in Gothenburg for a social, sponsored by Homestead Bank, and a steak dinner.
