32 Nebraska Cattleman November 2023 2023 N C B P N S F This year marked the 40th year for the Nebraska Cattlemen Beef Pit at the Nebraska State Fair with the Beef Pit serving more than 16,350 prime rib, roast beef and BBQ beef sandwiches to hungry fairgoers and promoting Nebraska beef and beef producers.
