At the SOUTH CENTRAL CATTLEMEN MEETING, NC Executive Vice President Laura Field discusses the NC Annual Convention and the latest happenings in the U.S. Congress on Nov. 28. Sen. Steve Halloran also spoke about upcoming initiatives in the Nebraska Legislature.
